I just spotted an ad in my local rag for booty camp! At first I just laughed but, the more I read, the more I glanced at the perfect bum, abs and thighs depicted in the ad, the more I wanted to join up.
And so... I just joined up. Woo hoo.
Labels: booty, exercise, my arse

and, knowing what scant little i know about your looks, it's not an unrealistic target ;) good luck!
Ha, thanks Rich.
In your spare time you fly planes. Me? I get a firmer arse.
It works for me ;)
Hi Callisto, great to find your blog here, it has a fabulous spirit about it - among other things.
Here is something different for you: it's an invitation to blog at wofoblog.
That stands for The World of Fabulous Bloggers. It's an open blog, only just started. The idea is that it's a central meeting place for bloggers from different places around the world. Anyone can post, edit, moderate their comments etc.
It's also a lot of fun.
You can blog easy or blog hard! There is more information on site for you. It is a new blogging experience for people, to a new audience (some stats on site). The idea is you just treat it like your own and have fun in that context, and contribute there however you choose. It brings new readers to your site as well.
I really do hope you would like to contribute.
Fabulous to find you, and good luck with booty camp!
All the best,
wofoblog.
ps.. surely this is the only blog with a Label called "my arse". Fabulous!
there's a synergy in there, somewhere.
Yeah, that label was hilarious.
Good luck with the exercise, sister!
how about a label marked 'tight arse' ??
good luck with it ;)
wofoblog, thanks for reading.
Indeed Rich.
Thanks Rich | C.
MS, tight arse, I love it.
Oh man... now you've really gone and done it!
Look I love bums (on women okay - I left the Navy over ten rears ago alright!!! ;-) )... and I firmly believe their meant to be the place where the legs end and the rest of the body begins...
That picture reminds me of guys butts... I love a naturally round butt... probably to offset the fact that I have no arse (as per the OLD conversation we had on this C)... now you've gone and killed it for me...
Mind you though... what are you doing NEXT Christmas? I'll have some walnuts that'll need cracking if your interested... I'll supply the beer ;-)
Seeya mate...
Hello B, how's it going with you? How is the XO? And I trust the boy is well also.
I should have known you'd have something to say about arses. You know, I think I could exercise until the cows came home, my arse is still going to be "naturally round". I love the ten rears BTW, that is a cracker.
xx
Ooops... how remiss of me *slap to forehead* I've been so busy trying to get my act together - I hadn't dropped back for a yarn and a brew... sorry mate!
Hiya C... boy is well, XO is surviving - but is fraying around the edges! Little man is an amazing little package to watch - the whole gambit - everything he experiences is new... can you remember when the last time you really experienced something new C? I can't, so watching him discover things for himself is an amazing treat for me.
Soon to be squished unfortunately. I've got to get fulltime work in the city somewhere, which means no more working out of my home office (soon to be moved into our bedroon to make way for the little man's new bedroom), and being able ot be part of his everyday adventures. I'm really going to miss that... I don't know how Dad's can just give up those experiences, and consider all THAT business just Mum duty. They are missing out on soooo much!
I have an interview today... we'll see how it goes. Time to enter the world of Training... and become a lecturer I guess. I'm sorta for it and not... big loss for me but a necessary one. Damn it!
But - what can ya do... he needs his Mum too and unless she wants to return to work fulltime (which she doesn't), I can't see any other choice.
Bugger!
So there you have it... how about you and your mate - all good I hope... not ot mention that naturally round bottom by the way... lol (nothing but pure jealousy on my behalf - I can assure you!)
;-)
B, life gets busy, and there are so many better things to do then hang 'round here m'lad. So no apology is needed
Exploring boy - fab. Frayed XO - take her out and hug her often (you probably already do, right?)
I recently thought about going back to work, but have decided to hold off 'til the wee girl is a bit older.
Good luck with the interview B. I hope you find something you like with some flexibility as well (to help prevent further fraying).
Life rewards us based on our choices, and when we have 'no choice', we best choose extremely fucking carefully!
Me and mine are going really well. Life is getting sorted, I can't ask for more from it right now.
Booty camp makes my body ache... but I like it.
xx
Hey C... well - only time will tell now. Hopefully I'll hear about the job real soon.
XO needs a little bit of a break truth be told, but she struggles in allowing herself one. Thinks she needs to be at the 'coalface' all the time, and just won't put any time in the week for herself. The few times I 'forced' the issue - and pushed out the door to go and have herself a break for an hour or two - I got told off. So, aside from encourage her gently now - there's not much else she'll let me do. Stubborn bugger!
I'll never figure you women type beasties out as long as I live C... lol ;-)
I kidnap the boy on a sunday and I let her sleep in, as we make our way down to the closest trash and treasure or flea market. We do fresh fruit there, and I have a coffee, then we bugger off to the park where I have heart palpitations, watching the lad discover things like see-saws - with his face!
I do this now in company... I persuaded my mate ot come along as well with his twin boys... so we make a long morning of it - it's bloody good fun - and the boys have themselves a good time.
The kids have one too!
Damned if I'd have it any other way C...
seeya mate ;-)
